Typographical Errors
In the event that a ONETWENTY2 Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ONETWENTY2 Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ONETWENTY2 Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ONETWENTY2 Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by ONETWENTY2 Ltd without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of ONETWENTY2 Ltd products) shall be in the law or county courts located in Kent, England. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of ONETWENTY2 Ltd products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. ONETWENTY2 Ltd's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. ONETWENTY2 Ltd may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.


Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a ONETWENTY2 Ltd or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, ONETWENTY2 Ltd may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with ONETWENTY2 Ltd, ONETWENTY2 Ltd has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of ONETWENTY2 Ltd. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, ONETWENTY2 Ltd seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).


Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped via our approved courier Interlink Express.

Shipping can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Cart, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. All orders received by 2pm will be shipped the same day, for delivery on the next working day before 3pm as standard*. Any orders received after 2pm will shipped the following working day. (*This excludes any additional availabilty information detailed on each indivual product page e.g. Pre-Orders etc.)

All orders will receive an individual tracking number from our Shipping Partners Interlink Express. Orders can also by tracked through Customer Accounts by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 3pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, ONETWENTY2 Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Shipping Charges
You will only pay one shipping charge per order. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure
ONETWENTY2 Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from ONETWENTY2 Ltd then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, unworn and complete with tags.

If the return is due to missing or faulty goods then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a full refund of the applicable delivery charge.

All refunds will normally be processed within 7-10 working days (and in no more than 28 days) from request.

Cancellation of Orders
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you are able to cancel your order within 7 days, prior to shipping. No cost penalty will be incurred and your account will be credited in full if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the cccstore.co.uk website, or by phoning us on 01795 535 005.
